Enlightenment is a word that is in common use and generally means: one understands. It is also used by people who have had mystical experiences or altered states of consciousness. These can take the form of profound physical expansions where the sense of self encapsulates all that we are aware of.

The Spiritual Enlightenment we speak of is completely beyond the enlightenments mentioned above.

Enlightenment is something that happens—and happens only once. It is like a balloon popping; once popped, it cannot re-pop! It is experienced as a permanent State. However, you return from that State, as you still have a physical body. You will undoubtedly feel different, and life should change for you. As a result, you will have realisations and amazing insights into the mysteries of the Universe.

Enlightenment is so simple that the moment we try to describe it, we will automatically fail. The best we can do is to state what it is not.

In True Spiritual Enlightenment There Is:

• No Light, no colour, no shape or form.
• No Sound or vibration.
• No self; the sense of individuality and separation disappears totally.
• No location; there is no forward, back, left, right, up or down.
• No limits, edges or barriers.
• No time—no past, present or future—as there is no change.

This is a very negative but honest way of speaking about Enlightenment. If we were to give Enlightenment a quality, the only word we could possibly use would be LOVE. This is not to be confused with an earthly love, but a Love that is totally unconditional and is the Oneness or the Source of the entire Creation.

I had always had a spiritual calling from a young age but didn’t really know what it was. I felt there was something greater than what organised religion offered, but didn’t know what it was. From 15 to 30 years old, I read and searched for happiness—usually in self-destructive and materialistic ways.

At 30 I stopped using mind-altering substances and realised outside “things” don’t make us fulfilled—it has to be an inside job. So I read and practised Eastern philosophies (meditating) for 13 years. I felt better, but something was still missing.

I was then guided to Light and Sound practices, in which I was initiated and experienced Light for 18 years. I still felt there was more, so I prayed for a simpler Light and Sound practice. I was guided to the Spiritual Hierarchy website, made contact with a teacher and was given a mantra. He lined up an initiation one month later and I was inspired—meditating up to four hours a day.

I was initiated on 27 October 2018 with nine strangers. I went with total trust in my teacher and in the SpiritualHierarchy, with openness and no expectations. It was the most amazing experience of my life! I had previously shared experiences with my teacher and he let me know my guides were coming to me.

At initiation, I connected with the Sound, realising I had been hearing it my whole life. I was catapulted through different planes of Light into a place of Peace and Nothingness where there was no beginning or end. I was not my body or mind but this beautiful Being connected with Everything. At one point, a Being came to me in a chariot of gold and white Light saying to me: “Trust in Us.” I opened my heart with a “yes” and was taken to a place of total unconditional Love.

For the next week I just wanted to meditate, doing 6 to 8 hours a day, experiencing three separate times going through circular spheres to planes of just Being (no mind, no body). I now have complete desire to help pass this gift on to as many people as possible.

After being confirmed (but already knowing) that I had attained Enlightenment, I was told by the Spiritual Hierarchy that my life’s purpose is to be an open channel for Their messages with Their guidance. I am finally at peace—knowing and feeling what my life’s purpose is.

I offer to anyone: please be open and experience this gift, so that we can come from Love and pass on this Love to everyone.

My initiation was on 10 September 2016. Before I did my Light and Sound Meditation, I had plenty of time without meditating, so at first it was a little bit difficult for me to concentrate. But at the time I was going to get introduced to the Light, I finally found that I could concentrate with the help of repeating my mantra.

At the time my spiritual teachers passed to me the Light, everything changed; I felt something I didn’t think someone could ever feel. I became Light—I wasn’t Melanie anymore, I was “Sunlight”. It felt like some kind of tiny little thread that connected Earth and the Sun. Everything inside me was White—my thoughts, my feelings, my skin, everything. That moment was when I realised that I was a human body on Earth, but my mind, Soul, and Spirit were Light. I was part of two incredible things—Earth and Sun—at the same time, connecting each other. That’s how I knew I’m Light—and we all are!

After I felt Light, I deduced that there couldn’t be any other feeling as amazing as that one. But there was—when the Sound came…

When I received the Sound, I felt the biggest plenitude I had ever heard or ever felt. At that moment nothing was either white or black, cute or ugly, good or bad, happy or sad, alive or dead. Everything and everyone just were without judgement and thinking.

By analogy: you are a tiny plant that is always connected to the Earth with your roots and to the air with your leaves. But at that time you receive the Sound, you are just the plant—without air or land. You are only the plant. But then you realise that a plant can’t live without the air or the land, so I came to the conclusion that the plant is nothing without these two things, but is everything with them. So we are Everything that is actually Nothing!

Light was amazing and mind-blowing, but Sound was really incredible. I’m really glad I was at the ideal place at the perfect time so I could receive the Initiation. I’m also thankful to my spiritual teachers who helped me find who I am. I really hope everyone can get Light and Sound Meditation in their lives.
